BLOW MOLDING MACHINE

INJECTION BLOW MOLD

EXTRUSION BLOW MOLD

Process stages

• Plastic removed from the extruder goes into the blow mold with the hole guide.

• The guide hole drains fluid (air) into the plastic that is in a state of melting to suppress the mold.
• Open print for product release.

STRETCH BLOW MOLD

This machine is a plastic formation by stretching it to the desired size by considering the thickness of the plastic bag. This machine is also good for plastic with PET type. Which usually consists of components of injection, stretcher and blow.

Stages:

• Plastic in a melting state is injected into the cavity in the form of going.
